On a personalisable product, upload a JPG/PNG photo (at least 1000px on the longer side works best). We convert it into a lithophane or relief model, print it and light-test it before shipping. Faces in good light with clear contrast give the best result.

Most pieces are made to order and ship in 3–5 working days. Delivery across India typically takes another 3–7 days depending on your pincode. You'll get tracking details by email the moment your parcel is picked up.

Yes — COD is available on most pincodes for orders within the COD limit shown at checkout. A small handling fee applies. Online payments via UPI, cards, net banking and wallets are processed securely by Razorpay.

For lithophanes and name plaques we share a digital preview on WhatsApp/email on request. Reply within 24 hours so production isn't delayed.

We pack every order in foam and double-walled boxes. If something still arrives damaged, send us unboxing photos within 48 hours and we'll reprint it free of charge.

You can cancel from your account while the order is Pending or Confirmed. Once a personalised piece enters production it can't be cancelled, but reach out and we'll do our best.
