Shipping & returns

Shipping

All orders are shipped from our studio through Shiprocket's courier network (Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, Xpressbees and others) with door-to-door tracking. Shipping is free on orders above ₹999; a flat ₹79 applies otherwise.

• Production: 3–5 working days for made-to-order pieces (shown on each product page).
• Transit: 3–7 working days across India depending on pincode; remote areas may take longer.
• Tracking: sent by email/SMS as soon as the courier picks up; also visible under My orders.

Cash on delivery

Available on serviceable pincodes for orders up to ₹10,000 with a ₹49 handling fee. Please keep the exact amount ready for the delivery partner.

Returns & replacements

Because most pieces are personalised or made to order, we don't accept returns for change of mind. We do replace, free of charge, anything that arrives damaged or with a printing defect — share unboxing photos within 7 days of delivery.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled from your account while they are Pending or Confirmed. Prepaid amounts are refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
