We collect only what we need to make and deliver your order.

What we collect

Account details: name, email, phone and delivery addresses.
Order details: items, personalisation text and photos you upload.
Payment: processed by Razorpay; we never store card or UPI credentials.
Technical: cookies that keep you signed in and remember your cart.

How we use it

To produce and ship your order, send order updates, answer support requests and improve the store. Uploaded photos are used solely to create your product and are deleted from active storage 60 days after delivery.

Sharing

We share the minimum necessary with our payment gateway (Razorpay) and shipping partner (Shiprocket and its couriers). We never sell your data.
