Refund & cancellation policy

Cancellations

Cancel from My orders while the order is Pending or Confirmed. Orders that have entered production (status “In production”) cannot be cancelled.

Refunds

Approved refunds for prepaid orders are issued to the original payment method through Razorpay within 5–7 working days. COD orders are not eligible for cash refunds; replacements are offered instead.

Damaged or defective items

We replace damaged or defective prints free of charge when reported with photos within the return window shown on our Shipping & returns page.
